After graduating from Armstrong Area High School, she pursued her education at Kittanning Beauty Academy, where she refined her skills in color and special event styling. Now based in Freeport, Pennsylvania, she brings creativity and expertise to every client she works with.

Specializing in lived-in color, vivid colors, and bridal and prom styling; Starr loves creating customized looks that enhance natural beauty and personal style.
