Appointment Cancellation

Everyone's time is valuable including ours.

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

No Shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

If you can't make your appointment time, you can always call the salon to cancel. You do not have to wait until the salon is open, please leave a message. This gives other people a chance to book in your slot.
